Citrus essential oils (EOs) are volatile compounds from citrus peels and widely used in perfumes, cosmetics, soaps and aromatherapy. In this study, inhibition of citrus EOs extracted from Vietnamese orange (Citrus sinensis), mandarin (Citrus reticulataBlanco), pomelo (Citrus grandisOsbeck) and lime (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle) on the growth of plant pathogenic fungi,Mucor hiemalis, Penicillium expansumandFusarium proliferatumwas investigated. The EOs of the citrus peels were obtained by cold-pressing method and the antifungal activity of EOs was evaluated using the agar dilution method. The results show that the EOs had significant antifungal activity. Lime EO was the best inhibitor ofM. hiemalisand F. proliferatumwhile pomelo EO was the most effective againstP. expansum. Khoáng vật carbonat là muối của axit carbonic, trong đó các cation chủ yếu là Ca2+, Mg2+, ít hơn là Na+, Fe2+, ít khi gặp carbonat của Cu2+, Zn2+, Pb2+, Mn2+, Ba2+, Sr2+, TR3+ và Bi3+. Trong thành phần carbonat có thể có các anion phụ (OH)-, F-, ít khi có Cl-. Trong lớp carbonat có khoảng 95 khoáng vật. Các khoáng vật carbonat rất đặc trưng bởi mối liến kết hỗn hợp, trong đó liên kết cộng hóa trị gặp trong gốc anion [CO3]2- và liên kết ion gặp trong cấu trúc giữa anion và cation. Trong khoáng vật carbonat chứa anion phụ thì nước có mối liên kết hydro. Hiện tượng thay thế đồng hình trong carbonat hạn chế hơn so với phosphat, arsenat và va-nadat, trong đó có sự thay thế đồng hình liên tục giữa các cặp Fe2+ ↔ Mn2+ và Mg2+ ↔ Fe2+. Thay thế đồng hình cùng hoá trị xảy ra giữa Ca2+, Fe2+, Mg2+ và Mn2+. Trong calcit sự thay thế giữa Mg2+ và Ca2+ rất hạn chế. Trong nhóm aragonit có thay thế giữa Ca2+, Sr2+ và Pb2+.
